Democratic Women of Comal County Meeting

This is the monthly meeting of the Democratic Women of Comal County (DWCC). Our organization helps educate and bring awareness to local, state, and national issues impacting Comal County Democrats as well as encouraging and providing support for humanitarian efforts in our community. Our guest speaker for April will be Marilyn Aden, Chair for the Comal County Democratic Party. Dr. Marilyn Aden graduated from Pomona College in 1968 with a BA in Psychology and graduated medical school in 1981 in Chicago, with a specialization in Internal Medicine. In 2017, Marilyn retired and moved to New Braunfels, where she had hoped to work to improve the delivery of medical care, but after discovering how many Texans were uninsured, she used her ability to engage with, and influence, Texas politics.
