VOTE IN PERSON

EARLY VOTING

Voting in person requires you to go to your designated polling place, presenting required identification such as a valid Texas Driver’s license or a Voter Registration Card in order to receive a ballot. You then cast your vote privately in a voting “booth” and submit your ballot to be counted.

Early voting allows registered voters to cast their ballots in person at designated locations before Election Day. This provides flexibility and convenience for those unable to vote on the official election date.

VOTE BY MAIL

BARRIERS TO VOTE?

Mailing in your ballot is a great way to vote if you are unable to vote in person at a polling place in your voting county. Request an application for a mail-in ballot using a valid Texas Driver’s License, Texas Personal ID, Texas Election ID, or Social Security Card.

Exercising your right to vote should be accessible to everyone, but we understand that it isn’t always the case. Is something stopping you from voting or making it difficult to cast your ballot. Check out our Know Your Rights guide.
